What are your consultation hours?

Our consultation hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST). Flexible timings are available for clients living outside India.

What happens after I enroll?

Once you enroll in your chosen Health Nutrition or Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition program and complete the relevant form, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to schedule your first deep-dive consultation. Your personalized nutrition plan will be shared within 3–4 days after your consultation.

Do you offer discounts or refunds?

Our fees are fixed as listed on the website. We do not offer discounts, and all payments are non-refundable.

Can I extend my program?

Yes. Program extensions are possible based on eligibility and our extension policy. Please contact us for more details.

How can I book my consultation?

Click “Book Your Consultation” to complete the Enrollment Form, followed by the Health Assessment Form. We’ll then contact you to schedule your consultation.

How can I enroll in the Little Eaters Nutrition Guide?

For Little Eaters, simply complete the Little Eaters Enrollment Form available on our website. Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to discuss your child’s nutrition needs and guide you through the next steps..
